Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with Chirp Lens. We want you to feel confident in your purchase. This policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled. If you have questions, please email  info@chirplens.com and we will respond within 24 to 48 business hours.

Overview

This policy applies to physical products purchased directly from the Chirp Lens website. Free digital content such as ebooks or downloadable guides is not eligible for refund once accessed. Your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws are not limited by this policy.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must have been purchased directly from our online store, the return request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery confirmation, and the product must be unused and in its original condition with original packaging.

We may request photos and a description of the item’s condition before approving a return.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, contact us at info@chirplens.com with your order number and reason for return. If approved, we will provide return instructions and authorization. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless prohibited by local consumer protection laws.

If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, Chirp Lens will cover the cost of return shipping.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method and retaining proof of shipment. We are not responsible for packages lost during return transit.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Refunds may take up to 14 business days to appear on your statement depending on your bank.

Original shipping charges may be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to our error or unless prohibited by applicable law.

IEU/UK Right of Withdrawal

Customers located in the European Union or United Kingdom have the legal right to cancel their order within 14 days of delivery. If a cancellation is requested within this period, we will issue a full refund including the original standard shipping cost.

Return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Exchanges

We do not offer automatic exchanges online. If you would like a different size or variation, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the replacement.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery confirmation and provide photos or details of the issue.

We will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund at no additional cost. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Warranty

Warranty claims are handled separately from returns. If your product has a manufacturer defect covered under warranty, we will assist you according to our warranty terms.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating a payment chargeback. We are happy to resolve issues directly. Unapproved chargebacks may delay processing and affect future orders.
