Delivery/Order Processing
Processing time: 1–3 business days Shipping
Transit time: 5–8 business days
Estimated total delivery time: 6–11 business days
We process orders Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 6 PM EST.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
Processing time is separate from shipping time.

- United Kingdom: 6 to 12 business days

- European Union: 6 to 12 business days
Delivery times begin after your order has been dispatched. Shipping timelines may vary due to weather, customs processing, carrier delays, or seasonal demand.
Shipping Costs
United States: Free standard shipping on all orders.
International Orders: Free standard shipping on all orders.
Shipping costs are clearly shown at checkout before payment.
Customs and Import Fees
For orders shipped outside the United States, import duties, VAT/GST, customs clearance fees, and other local taxes are not included unless expressly shown at checkout.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your order has not arrived within 15 business days after dispatch, please contact us and we will help investigate with the carrier.
If tracking shows delivered but you cannot locate the package, please check with neighbors or household members first, then reach out to us.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After that, processing may have already started.
